Board Member Chouinard is one of "America's Best Leaders"

Pagagonia founder and RRI board member Yvon Chouinard selected by US News and World Report as one of "America's Best Leaders." A founder of 1% for the Planet, he uses strictly organic cotton, and is a proponent of developing national parks in Patagonia. Yvon barely has time to celebrate the environmental groups his company supports, never mind staying outdoors as much as possible. However, recently attending the 2009 Patagonia Tools for Activists conference, Yvon mentioned that "leading the examined life is a pain in the ass!"

Indeed is is, and we love it!

Congratulations, Yvon.
