DEB MOSKOWITZ, MPH
PRESIDENT

- BA in Health Sciences, UCSB; MA in Public Health, San Diego State 
- Managed community health clinics in Santa Barbara and Oklahoma 
- 15 years as analyst and project director for firm specializing in design & implementation of California County Public Health Department software systems 
- Awarded the inaugural ”Champion of Promise“ award in Food Sustainability from Silicon Valley non-profit Acterra for her development of RRI's Fish in the Fields program 
- Raised in California and lives in Marin, has three daughters and is an active hiker, kayaker, and mountain biker

CHANCE CUTRANO, MPA
DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS

      - Work centers around large landscape conservation, from the preservation of wildlife in National Parks to the restoration of biodiversity in agricultural ecosystems 
- Recipient of the 2023 J.M.K. Innovation Prize, Acterra’s inaugural Champion of Promise Award in Food Sustainability (2021), and Sierra Club California's inaugural Emerging Leader Award (2018) for outstanding contributions to California conservation and politics by someone under the age of 30 
- Elected Council Member for the Town of Fairfax, California 
- Serves on the board of directors of the Sierra Club's San Francisco Bay Chapter and of International Rivers 
- Received a Bachelors in Philosophy and Political Science from Saint Xavier University, and a Masters of Public Administration in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School

SCOTT WEBB

      - Gained diverse experiences in multiple facets of the environmental space 
- Led successful campaigns advocating for stronger protections for oceans and watersheds 
- Directed electoral organizing efforts in Arizona 
- Worked internationally towards greater access to clean drinking water 
- Experience as an environmental educator focused on youth empowerment and wilderness connection 
- Raft guide on the Kern River, a naturalist and backpacking instructor at Point Reyes National Seashore, and a fishmonger at a sustainably sourced community fishery in Santa Cruz County 
- B.S. in Hydrologic Sciences and Policy from UC Santa Barbara 
- When not at the office, you can find Scott surfing, on a river, playing music, or at a Giants game
