Join Us In Sacramento: Advoacy Day For The Delta
We invite you to join us in Sacramento on June 3rd for a Day of Advocacy for the Delta — an opportunity to engage directly with legislators on water policy issues affecting our communities, environment, and economy.
This year's advocacy priorities are:
Governor's Proposed Budget Revisions (May Revise)
2026 Bill Priorities
Water Renaissance Plan — our coalition's vision for balanced, forward-thinking water policy in California that works for both people and ecosystems.
A Big Win for the Delta: People Power Stops Dangerous Trailer Bills
Two last-minute “trailer bills” expected to fast-track the Delta Conveyance Project and weaken public review of the Bay-Delta Water Quality Control Plan were stopped in their tracks. These measures would have sidelined Tribes, erased environmental protections, and given a blank check to corporate water contractors.
Defending California’s Waters: Standing Against CEQA Rollbacks and the Delta Tunnel
Last week, we joined advocates at the Capitol for Lobby Day to stand against two budget bills that put California’s water and ecosystems at risk, while disempowering communities and weakening long-standing environmental protections.
Green California Advocacy Day: Protecting Oceans, Communities, and Climate
Last week, our Director of Advocacy, Scott Webb, joined over 100 advocates at the State Capitol for a full day of legislative action with the Green California Network. We met policymakers, amplified environmental priorities, and advocated for our ocean, communities, and climate.
